Valencia started her real estate career as a continuation of a passion to help people and provide service to her community. From a young age, Valencia has had a desire personally and professionally to provide exemplary customer service.

Valencia worked for years in corporate America prior to transitioning into Real Estate. Her compassion to help people transcended into a new found passion of becoming a Realtor. Valencia’s compassion for people, her ability to effectively communicate, and her strong leadership abilities has afforded her the opportunity to assist families in becoming homeowners.

Valencia continues to learn, grow and develop her skills to be the best REALTOR®️ for her clients. The importance of education started years ago when she obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees.  To ensure the highest standard of service excellence, Valencia has the following designations: Graduate, REALTOR®️ Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and she is a certified New Home Construction (NHC) specialist.

Valencia is an avid volunteer for her church and community. When Valencia is not helping her clients buy or sell a home, you can find Valencia growing food in her garden that she shares with her community or traveling.
