Toby grew up in commerce Texas on his family’s farm and participated in many developmental programs growing up such as Boy scouts of America and Future Farmers of America, He achieved the Rank of Eagle Scout his junior year in high school and continued mentoring younger scouts until graduating and starting college in 2009. He attended Paris Junior College and graduated with an associate degree in Criminal Justice, He then transferred to Texas A&M Commerce to further his education and obtain a Bachelor’s degree in wildlife conservation science and work toward his ultimate goal of becoming a Texas Game Warden.                                                            

After Graduating college, He joined the Air Force to gain experience in Law Enforcement and serve his country as a Security Forces Specialist. Once Graduating Technical Training, he was stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base and worked as an installation entry controller for 1 year. He then applied for a position as a Federal Conservation Law Enforcement Officer in 2015 and was hired to regulate and preserve 18000 acres of federal land. He attended the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers Land Management Police Training program to get certified and became one of the top Game Wardens on Barksdale. He educated the public on safety and protected and conserved the wildlife, and Natural Resources for 4 ½ years until transferring into the Air Force Reserves to continue his service. He then attended the Champions School of Real Estate and obtained his real estate license help people make the biggest decisions of their life by buying the house of their dreams. He is and avid outdoors man and in his down time spends a lot of time at the gym staying physically fit for duty.
