Shannon is an Arkansas native that resides in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She's a wife, a mother, a nurse, an entrepreneur, & Principal Broker & Owner of SSD Realty Group, LLC .

Her personal connection to the community stems from providing community service for the last 17 years through her & her husband's nonprofit organization, “Heat Inc.”. As a nurse of almost 30 years Shannon is also a Certified CPR Instructor and she and her husband also own a food truck, “S & K Wings”.

Shannon hit the ground running in 2020 as a newly Licensed Realtor & has exceeded her very own expectations. She’s surpassed more than she could have dreamed of by not only becoming a Broker but opening her very own brokerage, SSD Realty Group & later obtaining her Texas Real Estate License!

Shannon enjoys developing personal relationships with her clients to help them fully understand the process. She provides an individual approach to their unique needs in purchasing their dream homes, selling their homes, or investing in the community.

Shannon experienced her own unique situation that sparked her journey into real estate. This overwhelming experience inspired her to ensure that other families did not suffer from similar situations.
