Even before Shane Myers got his realtor license, the Dallas native showed many signs of becoming the consummate real estate agent. He admits that while still a public school teacher, he would study the Texas real estate market every night after getting home from work. And as it turns out, being a business owner and special education teacher prepared Shane well to be a skilled technician of legal forms and contracts and is where he found his passion for helping people.

He also has a nice range of personal real estate experience, from the usual starter home fixer-upper to a new build to buying land. Shane's clients say that this background, his attention to detail and his desire to help people with one of life's biggest decisions, create confidence in what could be an emotional and confusing transaction.

Shane graduated in Business Administration from the University of North Texas. Upon graduating from UNT, Shane dedicated 15 years as a special education teacher in Garland ISD and Lancaster ISD. In 2010, Shane and his wife decided to become business owners and opened up their first commercial driving school. Today, they still successfully own and operate three driving schools in the DFW area. In his spare time, he enjoys being involved in the communities in which he works, going to church, traveling, and loving on his wife and two daughters.
