Shortly after, finishing her time there she started a career in the hospitality industry where she worked for global brands such as, Hyatt, Hilton and IHG. Her extensive knowledge of operational processes and management expertise has been the key to her success, and at the age of 26 she become one of the youngest General Managers in the region. Over, her 10-year career in the hospitality industry, Sashe has successfully overseen multiple multi-million-dollar hotel renovations and lead reorganization and redirection of operational and sales efforts within competitive and expanding markets. Sashe’s successfully career in hospitality has fueled her passion for real estate and in 2020, she became a licensed REALTOR® in Dallas-Fort Worth.
