Patricia spent many years working for a technology company, of which 23 years were spent in client relations.  She has real-life experience is in sales, negotiations, account management and marketing, all of which makes her uniquely suited to serving real estate sellers, buyers, and investors.  She takes pride in being being an ethical, high touch, self motivated, responsive agent with meticulous organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional time management.

Upon retirement from the public sector, she  decided that it was time to use her skills in her own business. She loves helping people - in fact, it’s her passion. Naturally she was lead to getting her Real Estate license.  As an agent she helps people realize their dream of selling a property,  or becoming a home owner (from a first time buyer all the way to investors).  As a DHS Realty agent she has access to and can collaborate with a team of experienced agents and is supported by a highly competent Broker, with over 30 years experience in Texas Real Estate.
