Born and raised in Berat, Albania, Monika Vescovo has real estate and building in her DNA. Inspired by her parent’s business, who founded several textile businesses in Albania, Monika embodies the passion and business savvy with which her father conducted all his work.
Monika brings flexibility, understanding, and an ability to efficiently get the job done with a positive attitude to every transaction. Above all, she strives to build a relationship with every client and deliver them the best experience and outcome.
Before becoming a real estate agent, Monika held several jobs which prepared her for helping clients buy and sell homes. For two years, she worked as a medical representative for a pharmaceutical company, a position that enhanced her negotiation skills. In 2018 she started her own NGO the Albanian Smile Foundation. Inc. to provide dental treatments to under privileged children in her home country and later worked as a fundraiser. Positions that helped her refine business, sales, and people skills.
Monika currently lives in Preston Hollow with her husband and two Belgium Schipperkes. She is broadly knowledgeable about her neighborhood area Preston Hollow and, in addition to University Park, she specializes in the neighborhoods of Bluffview, Devonshire, Plano, Carrollton, Garland, Sachse, Heath, Uptown and the Downtown area, and more.
Fluent in both Albanian and English, Monika attended Abilene High School in Abilene, TX. After which she went on to University of Texas at Dallas, majoring in Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Public Health. Her hobbies include running, riding, travel, and photography. Monika supports multiple charities such as Pilots and Paws. Her compassion for others is a major source of her strength and confidence. Her ultimate goal is being her clients’ REALTOR® for life.
