
With over 20 years of experience in the insurance and mortgage industries, Marlowe B. Westerfield is a licensed Life, Accident, Health, Medicare and HMO insurance agent, a licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent, a licensed All Lines adjuster, a NNA certified notary signing agent, an officiant, and a newly licensed real estate sales agent in the great state of Texas. Marlowe has expertise in managing corporate million-dollar insurance accounts. Her background in sales, marketing, leadership, account management, project management, human services, and political science guides her mindful but competitive approach.
Marlowe is fueled by her passion for promoting cross-cultural stability. She considers herself a ‘servant leader’, eager to both build on her desire to see increased security and wealth amongst members of populations who are underserved and underrepresented. She offers superior services and support to those seeking to protect the people and things that matter most to them - while planning for their future.
Her hunger for knowledge and determination to educate and empower individuals, families and businesses has contributed to her success at Allstate Insurance Company, Allstate Benefits Bank of America, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Enterprise-Rent-A-Car, Kemper Benefits, and several other major companies. While working at these organizations, she won several awards for her performance, and she also led employee recognition groups - increasing the morale within the organizations.
Marlowe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Studies from Meredith College, and she is currently completing her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Walden University. She serves as the President of the Meredith College Dallas-Fort Worth Alumnae Chapter and a Life Group Leader at One Community Church in Plano, Texas. Marlowe is an active member of the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter and a former member of the Diamonds on The Green™ amateur women’s golf team. She also served as a board member for InStepp, Inc. in Durham, North Carolina.
Marlowe believes integrity, trust and respect are key to success. She enjoys spending time with her children and friends, golfing, line dancing and mentoring.
