Hi there,  I’m Karina Cruz-Flores.I’ve been doing this mortgage/real estate business thing since 2003 with my husband and partner in business Rey Flores.

I first realized the impact and power of home ownership when I walked into my office and was greeted by a  newly closed first time homebuyer (he had just closed on his dream home).  With tears in his eyes as he said, “Thank you”! I didn’t know until then what a journey this gentleman had endured in making his dream of home ownership come alive. I’ve been hooked ever since!

We are based in the DFW and run two separate-yet-related businesses that both have the same mission: “Understand our clients’ needs, and advocate for them! Make them the Superheros so they can positively impact their own lives and families.”This year we are focusing on making the dream of homeownership happen!

What you need to know about me:  I’m a geek at heart- I absolutely love cooking and I’m passionate about everything that I do. My core expertise is in design, envisioning and executing! My superpower is providing guidance and establishing a foundation while turning essence into form.
