Meet Diem Goleman | REALTOR®
DHS Realty | North Texas Real Estate
“Help people first, and the business will come.”
This simple philosophy has been the foundation of Diem Goleman’s real estate career. As a top-producing REALTOR® since 2020, Diem has built her business on relationships, trust, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals.
Consistently ranked among the top agents in her brokerage, Diem has earned numerous prestigious awards and recognitions throughout her career, including Platinum Club Agent in 2025, Diamond Club Agent in 2024 and 2023, REALTOR® of the Year in 2024, Rising Star in 2023, and Gold Club recognition in 2023 and 2021. These achievements reflect her dedication, consistent performance, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for her clients.
Diem has also shared her experience and knowledge as a speaker at the Real Geeks Conference and Real Growth Summit, inspiring fellow real estate professionals to build successful, relationship-driven businesses.
Specializing in North Texas real estate, Diem proudly serves clients throughout Collin and Grayson counties, including Anna, McKinney, Van Alstyne, and surrounding communities. She especially enjoys helping buyers find homes with larger backyards, one-acre properties, and homes without HOA restrictions.
Originally from Vietnam, Diem moved to Texas at the age of 12 and has proudly called the Lone Star State home for more than 37 years. Her deep local knowledge, strong work ethic, and commitment to exceptional service have helped her build a thriving business based on referrals and lifelong client relationships.
Outside of real estate, Diem enjoys spending time with her husband, Bobby, and their two children, Ethan and Emma. She loves gardening, raising backyard chickens, tending to her koi pond, baking sourdough bread, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.
For Diem, real estate is about more than buying and selling houses. It is about helping families, building lasting relationships, and making a positive difference in the communities she serves.
