Dale was born in the Rankin, Texas but grew up in Albuquerque, NM.  He graduated from the University of New Mexico (UNM) and moved back to north Texas in 1993. Dale is married with three children, two grandchildren and three dogs! Dale's an avid gear-head (cars, planes, anything mechanical), college sport enthusiast and licensed firearms dealer.
