Billy has an accomplished background in the Air Force as a Commissioned Officer and as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer his focus was on leadership, follower-ship, communication skills, and work ethic with attention to detail.  He’s worked at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the past 7 years.  As the Region 6 Regional Program Management Coordinator he serves as the region’s main contact for all remedial acquisition framework contract coordination matters with the regional acquisition managers.
